Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to support a therapist-led team. This role is based at Milford, Ohio, with PRN daytime scheduling.

The COTA will implement treatment plans under OT supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on equipment and home exercise programs. Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant and an active COTA license with NBCOT certification, with 1 year of related experience

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
