Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for our Eastgatespring location in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant and an active COTA license with NBCOT certification.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
