Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at River's Bend Health & Rehab. The role involves implementing treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on adaptive equipment and at-home exercises.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, a current state COTA license, and NBCOT certification.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
