Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Technology (OT) to lead governance, reliability, cybersecurity, and operational excellence across our processes facilities, terminals, and pipeline operations. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and IT to keep OT systems secure, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

You will head a multi-site OT team, drive modernization and risk management, and ensure adherence to industry standards such as NIST, ISA/IEC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive OT/ICS or Industrial Cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise-scale OT programs.
• Experience leading multi-site OT infrastructure environments supporting critical operations.
• Strong knowledge of industrial networking, server infrastructure, virtualization, systems architecture, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, budgets, vendor relationships, and technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic OT leadership, governance, and operational excellence across multiple facilities.
• Lead OT teams across regions, ensuring reliability and availability of PCN/ICS/SCADA environments.
• Drive OT cybersecurity, risk management, incident response, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Oversee OT infrastructure modernization, lifecycle management, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise IT to align OT with business objectives.
