Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Sr Manager of Operational Technology to lead enterprise OT governance, strategy, and cybersecurity across PCN/ICS/SCADA environments. This role directs multi-site operations, modernization, and risk management while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and IT teams.

You will drive capital projects, ensure regulatory alignment, and mentor OT professionals to sustain 24x7 reliability and security across facilities and pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive OT, ICS, PCN, or industrial cybersecurity experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership managing technical teams and enterprise OT programs.
• Experience leading multi-site OT infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise OT strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead OT governance, standards, and enterprise-wide policy implementation.
• Oversee OT infrastructure, PCN, ICS, SCADA, and virtualization environments.
• Drive cybersecurity programs, regulatory compliance, and risk management for OT.
• Provide technical leadership for major capital projects and integrations.
• Foster talent development and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and IT.
