RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Security Architecture Engineer II to own the OT security architecture and toolchain across 160+ generation sites. You will design defenses, set reference architectures, and oversee deployment for scalable, secure operations.

Role requires 5+ years in OT security with strong collaboration skills and experience with ISA/IEC 62443, CIS Benchmarks, and MITRE ATT&CK for ICS. This office-based role includes travel to sites across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, cybersecurity, IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity, network engineering, or control systems engineering with OT/ICS focus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the OT security architecture and platform deployment end-to-end.
• Maintain OT security standards, baselines, and documentation.
• Onboard OT logs to enterprise monitoring and develop OT detection content.
• Conduct OT risk assessments using MITRE ATT&CK for ICS and manage remediation cadence.
• Act as escalation point for OT security incidents and threat hunting.
• Define least-privilege roles and secure remote access for engineers and vendors.
• Embed OT security requirements into projects, procurement, and contracts.
• Collaborate with OT, operations, asset management, project engineering and SOC.
