RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Security Architecture Engineer II to own the OT security architecture for 160+ grid-scale sites across 27 states. You will design and operate the OT security toolchain, establish secure baselines, and work with SOC for detections and response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related fields, or equivalent security engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity, network engineering, or control systems engineering, with 3+ years in OT/ICS/SCADA environments.

Responsibilities

• Own OT security architecture and platform operations, including sensors, data flows, and policy enforcement.
• Maintain secure baselines and reference architectures aligned to industry standards.
• Onboard OT telemetry into enterprise monitoring and develop OT-specific detections.
• Conduct OT risk assessments and coordinate vulnerability remediation with plant teams.
• Serve as escalation point for OT security incidents and investigations.
• Define least-privilege roles and secure remote access for engineers and vendors.
• Embed OT security requirements into projects and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with OT, plant operations, asset management, and SOC.
