RWE Americas, LLC is seeking an experienced Security Architecture Engineer II to own the OT security architecture and toolset across 160+ wind, solar, and battery storage sites in 27 states. You will define reference architectures, secure baselines, and an end-to-end OT security platform, coordinating with the SOC and plant operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, risk assessment, and incident response, with a focus on defensible, standards-based OT security.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity, network engineering, or control systems engineering, including at least 3 years focused on OT/ICS/SCADA environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage customer relationships.
• Willingness to learn about the company and renewables space.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task independently and in teams.
• Motivated self-starter with problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the OT security architecture and operation of the security toolset across the fleet, including sensor placement, data flows and policy enforcement.
• Maintain OT security standards and baselines aligned to ISA/IEC 62443 and CIS Benchmarks with reference architectures and network diagrams.
• Onboard OT logs into enterprise monitoring, develop OT-specific detection content, and work with SOC on use cases and escalation.
• Perform in-depth OT risk assessments using MITRE ATT&CK for ICSAware to map attack paths and remediation cadence.
• Lead investigation, threat hunting, and containment plans for OT security incidents.
• Define least-privilege roles, privileged access controls, and secure remote access; review third-party connectivity.
• Embed OT security requirements into new-build projects, acquisitions, and contracts.
• Serve as OT security point of contact across OT, plant operations, asset management, and SOC; coordinate maintenance windows.
