Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer, seeks an OT Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and tracking of OT initiatives across packaging facilities. You will work with OT PM, engineers, maintenance, IT, and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of automation, cybersecurity, MES, SCADA, and smart factory projects.

You will manage schedules, meeting notes, action items, budgets, and status reporting, acting as the backbone of the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years admin/project coordination experience.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word/Excel and planning PM tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills and ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and reports.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Support vendor and contractor coordination.
• Prepare documentation and project records.
• Liaise between Plants, IT, Operations and OT teams.
