Job summary

UFP Industries is seeking an OT Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, execution, and tracking of OT initiatives across its packaging facilities. You will partner with OT PMs, engineers, plant leadership, maintenance, IT, and vendors to deliver automation, cybersecurity, MES/SCADA projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of administrative/project coordination experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets using MS Office.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Planner, and PM software.
• Understanding of MRP fundamentals is preferred.
• Experience in wood/metal manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while multi-tasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track OT initiatives across multiple facilities.
• Maintain schedules, documentation, action items, budgets, vendor coordination, and status reporting.
• Drive digital transformation while ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and present project updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate startup and go-live activities for OT systems and plant technology deployments.
