Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination or related experience.
• Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with municipal water/wastewater equipment is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, documentation, and communications.
• Assist with planning by organizing timelines and milestones.
• Track budgets, POs, invoices, and other financial docs.
• Prepare regular status reports and flag risks and actions.
• Support meetings, resources, and ensure tasks stay on schedule.
