Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a PRN role at Odd Fellow Home in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You’ll join a team that values your clinical voice and provides flexibility to fit care into your life.

Requirements include a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active state license and NBCOT certification; 1 year of OT experience is preferred. Schedule: PRN daytime slots with local mentorship and support.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
