Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, PRN occupational therapist positions in Port Washington, WI offer flexible daytime scheduling while remaining part of a supportive therapy team. You’ll deliver patient-centered OT care, coordinate plans, and engage families in safe home adaptations.

Candidates may have a Master’s/Doctorate in OT, an active Wisconsin OT license and NBCOT certification, with preference for 1 year of OT experience. Port Washington clinic location, PRN shifts available.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as an OT preferred.
• Evaluates and develops treatment plans to improve functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required


• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required


• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred


• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
