Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime coverage at Hartwell Health & Rehab Center in Garner, NC. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a leadership team of seasoned therapists to ensure consistent care.

Must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in OT with an active state license and NBCOT certification. 1 year of OT experience is preferred to support ongoing patient progress and education for families

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
