Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Indianapolis (Robin Run Village) is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality care with flexible daytime hours. You will work with a leadership team that upholds the same clinical standards and voice as our full-time staff.

This PRN role focuses on continuity of care, allowing you to choose when you work while maintaining clinical autonomy and collaboration with seasoned therapists.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
