Job summary

StaffingSoft, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN position at Evergreen Nursing & Rehab in Effingham, IL. You will work on a flexible schedule with consistency in clinical standards and patient voice.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety. A state license and NBCOT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
