Job summary

StaffingSoft, Inc. seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to join the Hillsboro, IL team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and maintain continuity of care with the same standards as our full-time staff.

You choose when you work and are supported by a leadership team of experienced therapists. A Master’s or Doctorate in OT, an active state license, and NBCOT certification are required; about 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
