Continuum Therapy Partners in Uhrichsville, OH seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime shifts at Claymont Health & Rehabilitation. You will deliver high-quality care with consistent clinical standards, matching the voice of our full-time team.

The role requires a Master's or Doctorate in OT, active OT license, NBCOT certification, and at least one year of OT experience. You will evaluate and adjust treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on equipment

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
