Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-led team at Fredericksburg Health and Rehab in Fredericksburg, VA. This full-time daytime position emphasizes patient-centered care and professional growth.

Requires a master's or doctoral degree in OT, an active Virginia license and NBCOT, with 1 year of experience preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits, a 401k with company match, licensure reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
