Continuum Therapy Partners in Panama City, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our day-time, on-site team at St. Andrews Bay Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress to improve functional independence.

The role requires an OT degree, a valid state license, NBCOT certification, and 1 year of experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and strong leadership support.

Qualificações

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
