Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for our Fredericksburg, VA location. This full-time role focuses on evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.

The position offers daytime hours, full benefits, 401k with company match, licensure reimbursement, life insurance, disability coverage, and generous PTO. Prior OT experience is preferred, and NBCOT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
