Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Olivia, MN. This Full Time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus tuition reimbursement and also accommodates Part Time or PRN positions.

You will plan, organize, and direct occupational therapy services in the facility to ensure the highest quality resident care, supervise a COTA as needed, and maintain thorough documentation for reimbursement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OT license in practicing state(s).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education and licensure maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct OT services in the facility to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Screen residents to determine best interventions and develop treatment plans with goals.
• Evaluate residents, communicate findings, and develop short- and long-term plans.
• Establish therapy schedules and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document and bill OT services accurately and supervise COTA as needed.
• Perform duties to effectively treat patients and ensure reimbursement practices.
