Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Arlington, VA and seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care in private homes or senior living communities. You’ll evaluate, plan, and provide therapy to improve mobility and independence while leveraging telehealth for flexibility.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
