Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality, one-on-one care to older adults in their homes or senior living communities in Fair Lakes, VA. You’ll evaluate patients, create plans of care, and provide evidence-based therapy with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in-home or in senior living settings.
• Conduct evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy to support mobility, independence, and aging in place.
• Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and function.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
