Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists in Arlington, VA, to deliver one-on-one OT care in homes and senior living communities. You will evaluate, plan, and provide evidence-based therapy to enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life for older adults.

The role offers autonomy with scheduling flexibility, telehealth options, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Opportunities exist for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid OT license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in homes or communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver sessions to improve mobility, independence and functional results.
• Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
