FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its Geriatric House Calls program in Arlington, TX, seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes and senior living communities. You’ll evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

You’ll enjoy an autonomous schedule, options for telehealth, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, all within a clinician-driven, patient-centered practice.

Formación

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care).
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.

Educación

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice

Basic computer and EMR proficiency

Current CPR certification
