Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care in homes and Senior Living Communities across Arlington, VA. Therapists will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment plans, aiming to improve mobility and independence.

FLexible schedules, autonomy, and potential telehealth components are offered to extend access and continuity of care for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited OT program.
• Valid OT license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one OT to older adults in private residences or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence.
• Document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.

Education

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain

Current CPR certification
