FOX Rehabilitation is hiring an Occupational Therapist to deliver in‑home and senior living care in Ashburn, VA. You’ll craft personalized treatment plans, work with an interdisciplinary team, and use telehealth when appropriate to extend access.

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapy license
Degree from an accredited OT program
Basic computer/EMR proficiency
Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one OT to older adults in homes or senior living
Perform evaluations and develop individualized care plans
Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility and independence
Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness staff
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and aging in place
Provide telehealth when appropriate
