Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Sun City, AZ is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our home and community program. The role offers autonomy to treat clients in real-life settings—homes, grocery stores, workplaces—and a collaborative team environment.

We value flexibility, with a pay-per-hour model and growth opportunities, plus driving and travel reimbursement and ongoing educational programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year OT work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Re-assess treatment effectiveness; attend staffing and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and recommend home/community safety measures.
• Communicate needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
