Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home and community settings throughout Tucson, AZ. You will evaluate, plan, and adjust treatments; collaborate with care teams; support clients in real-life tasks like cooking, shopping, and mobility; and participate in discharge planning to ensure safe, independent living.

This autonomous role offers a flexible schedule, hourly pay, travel reimbursement, and pathways

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as an OT.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved outcomes.
