Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to bring rehabilitation into real-life settings—home, school, work, and community. You will conduct evaluations, build treatment plans, and guide patients toward safe, independent daily living.

The role emphasizes autonomy within a collaborative therapist team, with a flexible schedule and paid hourly compensation. A driver-friendly environment and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (may require up to 100 pounds with safety procedures).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staff meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and recommend home and community safety measures.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and outcomes.
