Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will evaluate, treat, and reassess patients with neurological conditions, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy.

The role requires a Bachelor's in OT, state license, CPR, and a minimum of one year of experience; travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unrestricted license by state in which practicing.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of one year’s experience as an OT.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staff/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
