Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home and community settings across life activities, including cooking, groceries, dining out, and workplace tasks.

You will work autonomously while collaborating with a dynamic therapy team, evaluating, planning, and adjusting treatments to support independence. A bachelor's in OT, state license, CPR, and a year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of OT work experience.
• Knowledge of neurorehabilitation techniques preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with up to 100 pounds as needed.
• Physical capability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety resources.
• Communicate patient needs to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
