Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to enable site readiness, coordinate infrastructure activities, onboard assets, validate deployments, troubleshoot issues, document outcomes, and support transition to steady-state operations.

The candidate will bring broad experience across infrastructure, networking, endpoint support, and practical OT environments. Strong problem-solving, field execution discipline, and cross-team coordination are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience preferred.
5+ years of experience in field support, infrastructure support, networking, cybersecurity, industrial technology, or implementation roles.
Experience supporting site-based technology deployments, infrastructure implementation, or operational readiness activities.
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, VLANs, routing/switching concepts, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Site Implementation Support: onboarding, readiness, deployment activities for OT and industrial environments.
Network and Infrastructure Support: installation, validation, and troubleshooting of network and security infrastructure.
OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory Support: identify, validate, and document OT assets and supporting infrastructure.
Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting: support implementation testing, connectivity validation, readiness reviews, defect tracking, and escalation as needed.
Documentation and Support Transition: maintain site implementation notes, diagrams, and handoff documentation.
