Job summary

EY seeks an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to drive site readiness, asset onboarding, and implementation validation in industrial technology environments.

The role requires broad infrastructure and troubleshooting capabilities, coordination with site personnel and vendors, and the ability to travel for onsite activities as needed. EY offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of field support, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, industrial technology, or implementation experience.
• Experience supporting site-based technology deployments, infrastructure implementation, or operational readiness activities.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, VLANs, routing/switching concepts, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel and support onsite implementation activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Site Implementation Support—onboarding, readiness, and deployment activities for OT and industrial environments.
• Network and Infrastructure Support—installation, validation, and troubleshooting of network and security infrastructure.
• OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory Support—identification, validation, and documentation of OT assets and supporting infrastructure.
• Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting—support implementation testing, connectivity validation, and defect tracking.
• Documentation and Support Transition—maintain site implementation notes and handoff documentation.
