Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to enable site readiness, coordinate infrastructure, onboard assets, validate deployments, troubleshoot issues, and support transition to steady-state operations.

Ideal candidates will have broad infrastructure and OT experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with site personnel, vendors, and remote support teams. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience preferred.
5+ years of experience in field support, infrastructure support, networking, cybersecurity, industrial technology, or implementation roles.
Experience supporting site-based technology deployments, infrastructure implementation, or operational readiness activities.
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, VLANs, routing/switching concepts, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Site Implementation Support: onboarding, readiness, and deployment activities for OT environments.
Network and Infrastructure Support: installation, validation, and troubleshooting of networking and security infra.
OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory Support: identify, validate, and document OT assets and supporting infra.
Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting: assist with testing, connectivity validation, and defect tracking.
Documentation and Support Transition: maintain deployment notes and handoff documentation.
