Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to support site readiness, asset onboarding, and infrastructure coordination in industrial environments. This hands-on role requires broad expertise across infrastructure, networking, endpoint support, and practical OT awareness.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with site personnel, engineering teams, vendors, and remote support organizations, ensuring deployment readiness and documentation accuracy. Hybrid work model available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• 5+ years in field support, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or implementation roles.
• Experience with site-based technology deployments and operational readiness activities.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, VLANs, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel and support onsite implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Site onboarding, readiness checks, and deployment activities for OT/industrial environments.
• Coordinate local field activities with project teams, site personnel, vendors, and support teams.
• Install, validate, and troubleshoot network/infrastructure components.
• Document asset information, connectivity, and deployment records; support handoff to steady-state teams.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and coordinate escalation as needed.
