Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) seeks an Operational Technology Director to lead OT, OCC, and related systems. You will own the OT product, manage budgets, align with executives, and scale an outcomes-driven capability across autonomous robotics operations.

You’ll drive roadmaps, SLAs, and KPI credibility while coordinating with Facilities, Manufacturing, Security, and product teams to deliver safe, reliable, and revenue-generating OT services.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in operational technology or control-center leadership, incl. senior roles.
• Experience designing and standing up large-scale operational or control centers and growing them into sustained operations.
• Customer-facing and commercial experience with direct ownership of customer relationships.
• Product or P&L mindset, roadmaps, SLAs, and economics.
• Proven people leadership, including building teams and mentoring tech leaders.
• Executive communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Own the OT capability roadmap as a product with internal and external customers.
• Identify and pursue OT service and data revenue opportunities with ASI customers.
• Publish and answer for the pod's KPIs on the company dashboard.
• Serve as the primary OT face to customers, negotiating scope and deployments.
• Partner with Facilities, Manufacturing, Security, Compliance and product teams on shared operations and data pipelines.
• Define the OCC operating model, including coverage, SLAs, escalation paths and readiness culture.
• Act as business-side incident commander for P0 events and ensure follow-through.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the pod, including the Tech Lead, engineers, and OCC analysts.
• Manage the OT budget and procurement of site equipment and resources.
• Set OT/IT boundary policy jointly with Security and Compliance.
