OTC Industrial Technologies seeks a Director of Operations to lead a multi-site industrial network, shape regional operating practices, and drive consistent execution across locations. The role emphasizes strong leadership, governance, and scalable processes to meet performance targets.

The successful candidate will develop leaders, standardize processes, and align resources with current and future business needs while ensuring safety, quality, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related environments.
• Experience leading multi-site operations across geographically dispersed locations.
• Strong financial acumen with operating Budgets, labor costs, productivity and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all assigned operating locations.
• Lead Regional Operations Managers and establish clear accountability for regional and site-level performance.
• Translate organizational strategy into measurable operational priorities and actionable plans.
• Establish operating cadences and governance to ensure visibility into performance and risks.
• Develop succession plans and leadership development across regional and site teams.
• Partner with Finance to understand cost drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost management targets are met.
