Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a Technical Program Manager to independently drive product development programs, owning scope, schedule, budget, and risk within a defined PDP framework.

You will work with the Product Division triad to ensure phase execution and successful program delivery. Responsibilities include master scheduling, release planning for software and hardware, change control, risk management, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or construction management.
• 3-6 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with hardware and software new product development processes.
• PMBOK concepts across process groups; PMP certification or equivalent proficiency required.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate Agile and waterfall within PDP execution and coach teams on Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute PDP phase and manage gate readiness with Product Manager and Division Chief Engineer.
• Maintain master schedule with actual vs forecast and flag milestone risks.
• Develop and execute Software & Hardware Release Plans.
• Define scope baseline and manage change control; escalate out-of-scope requests.
• Manage program budget within baselines; coordinate with Finance on variances.
• Own risk register; plan contingencies and escalate issues to Program Director.
• Prepare executive status slides and present program updates to division leadership.
• Submit Autonomy Report each sprint for review by Execution and Functional Managers.
• Understand and improve ASI quality management and scale processes for growth.
• Integrate Agile and waterfall delivery within PDP and coach teams on Agile practices.
• Maintain integrated program schedules, risk registers, and executive dashboards.
