Job summary

Accenture Security seeks an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead and support security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and help implement OT/ICS security solutions working with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You’ll contribute as a SME on active pursuits, support governance and policy development, and collaborate with IT/OT teams, system integrators, and OEM vendors to drive practical security

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant OT/ICS experience in utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with IC technologies (SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs) and industrial protocols.
• Minimum 3 years cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management, IAM in OT contexts, and monitoring/incident response.
• Minimum 3 years experience with OT/IC protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Minimum 3 years experience producing and presenting security deliverables and findings to technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Bonus points: consulting to Fortune/Global 1000 clients or in critical infrastructure; experience with MITRE ATT&CK for IC; certifications like GICSP, CISSP; Master's in cybersecurity or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support OT/ICS security engagements across industrial environments.
• Assess, design, and help implement OT/ICS security solutions with client teams.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with IT/OT teams, system integrators, and OEMs to drive secure outcomes.
• Contribute as SME on active OT security pursuits and RFP responses.
• Create reusable assets and delivery excellence across engagements.
