Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Security Lead to drive OT cybersecurity across manufacturing, lab, and R&D environments. You will assess risks, implement controls, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and reliable operations.

The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity within regulated or OT settings, with strong communication skills to convey risks to diverse stakeholders. Hybrid work in Bridgewater, NJ is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in regulated, manufacturing, or OT environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support OT cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing, laboratory, and R&D environments.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing IT, Engineering, Quality, and plant stakeholders to reduce cybersecurity risk.
• Provide technical guidance for OT security projects and manufacturing modernization.
• Develop and maintain OT security standards, procedures, and controls.
