Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Director/Director, OT Cybersecurity Officer to lead global OT cybersecurity strategy and governance across manufacturing, engineering, and digital ecosystems. You will own risk management, architecture, and remediation programs while enabling secure operations and manufacturing uptime.

This role requires a deep understanding of OT/ICS security, strong leadership, and the ability to translate technical risk into business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, OT/ICS security, or manufacturing.
• Experience securing industrial OT/ICS environments in a global organization.
• Knowledge of risk management, architecture, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own global OT cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional governance across Cybersecurity, ISC, Plant Engineering, and R&D.
• Manage OT cyber risk, vulnerability remediation, and risk acceptance processes.
• Define architecture, segmentation, and secure access for manufacturing OT environments.
• Provide leadership for modernization and secure digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Partner with site leadership to enable safe, reliable manufacturing operations.
