Job summary

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is seeking a Lead Analyst – Operational Technology Cybersecurity. This hybrid role is based in multiple U.S. locations, including Beachwood, OH, and requires coordinating with IT, OT engineering, manufacturing, and site teams to safeguard manufacturing environments.

You will deploy and support OT cybersecurity technologies, lead workstreams, monitor performance, and contribute to incident response and recovery planning across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, OT, industrial controls, networking, or related field.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc).

Responsibilities

• Supports and maintains OT cybersecurity solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Collaborates with IT, OT engineering, manufacturing, and site teams to implement security standards.
• Leads defined technical workstreams or deployments under senior OT cybersecurity guidance.
• Configures OT cybersecurity technologies per architectures, standards, and security requirements.
• Monitors performance, availability, and security of OT technologies; identifies gaps and corrective actions.
• Coordinates project deliverables and communicates status, risks, and issues to leadership.
