ASI Government is seeking an OT/CSO practitioner to support NAVSUP at the Federal acquisition level, helping stand up a sustainable OT/CSO capability. The role will develop governance, training, and policy tools to enable enterprise-wide acquisition flexibility.
Based near the Philadelphia metro area with travel to NAVSUP Headquarters in Mechanicsburg, PA. Active Secret clearance is required and prior DoD/ NAVSUP experience is preferred.

ASI Government is building a team of Other Transaction (OT) and Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) practitioners to help NAVSUP stand up a sustainable, enterprise-wide OT/CSO capability. Two Institutional-Posturing SMEs are needed to work at the NAVSUP Headquarters level — building the policy, governance, and workforce foundation that will let NAVSUP’s new acquisition flexibility scale well beyond the Norfolk pilot office and reach programs across the enterprise.
