Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments in an in-facility setting. You will support patient independence and work closely with the rehab team to coordinate care.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited OTA program, NBCOT certification, and licensure eligibility, with a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care and a commitment to growth within a leading rehabilitation organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients in implementing occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Help patients regain independence and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across in-facility settings.
