Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver in-facility therapy services under the Director of Rehab. You will implement proven OT programs, follow patient recovery plans, and help patients regain independence with compassionate support.

Qualifications include graduate of an accredited OTA program, NBCOT certification, and licensure or eligibility in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities as prescribed.
• Deliver therapy treatments and follow developed recovery plans to restore patients' independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support patient-centered care in various settings.

Education
