Job summary

Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in‑facility rehab team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments to patients across settings.

Collaborate with clinicians, adapt to patient needs, and help restore independence while upholding compassionate, high‑quality care standards. This full‑time position includes mentorship, CEU options, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients thrive.
• Prioritize patient‑ and family‑centered care and ensure high quality service.
