Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapeutic treatments to help patients regain independence.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will collaborate with clinicians across the rehabilitation team, focusing on compassionate, patient-centered care and outcomes that restore strength and function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities as prescribed.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Contribute to patient goals for restoring independence and function.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care.
