Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our nursing facility therapy team in Salisbury, NC. You will help restore independence by guiding residents through therapeutic activities under the supervision of an OT and the DOR.

The role supports patient education, functional re-training, and discharge planning, with flexible wage options and ongoing CEUs. Eligible benefits including PTO and a 401(k) plan are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college is required.
• Current and valid license as an OTA in the state of employment is required.
• Ability to navigate electronic health records and service delivery software.

Aufgaben

• Return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of therapy goals in a SNF setting.
• Instruct patients in maintenance of function post-discharge and guide independent exercise and activity modification.
• Work under supervision of the OT and Director of Rehabilitation (DOR).
